At Big Hunting Guy Merch, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Since we’re a small, one-man show, all of our products are printed on demand, which helps us stay efficient and allows us to offer more unique designs.

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Rates are based off package size and weight, and calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the U.S. (Continental). We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update this policy when we offer international shipping.

Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@huntingmerchguy.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
