At Big Hunting Guy Merch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size or need to exchange an item, we're happy to help!
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges for a different size on items that are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: Email us at info@huntingmerchguy.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Shipping: You will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Please note that we do not provide return labels.

Item Condition: The item must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or issue a refund (minus shipping costs, if applicable).
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’ll process an exchange once the original item is received. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
